PROBLEM: Minimizing Number of Overloaded Transshipment Nodes
The following link contains a Python script, using the Gurobi solver, to run the numerical example illustrated in section 4 of the paper “Cardinality of Upper Average and Application to Network Optimization.”
To run the script one must have the following installed:
-Python 2.7.6 or newer
-Numpy
